Wine News

Lovewine will be launching new streaming video websites in late 2009-2010 to bring to life Greg's passion for the great single variety wines, namely Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, Riesling and Nebbiolo, together with a detailed review of the wines of Burgundy, Champagne and Piedmont.

We love these wonderful varieties, because they provide the greatest aromatic and flavour rewards, with their unparalleled capacity to express both the nuances of the place where they are grown and the hand of their winemaker.

In response to popular demand, we will also be launching new film based websites covering the wines of the Rhone Valley and Bordeaux.

Burgundy Lover will be a platform for weaving the stories of the unique relationship between the men and women of Burgundy and their special land. The hard won fruit of this relationship is the wine each new vintage of pinot noir and chardonnay brings. Like a new child, each vintage is uniquely different, reflecting the challenges and merits of its season of development, as told through the lives of the vine grower and wine maker.

Using streaming video, elegant writing and specially crafted interactive platforms for uploading commentary from Burgundy's wine makers, specialist writers, the Burgundy wine trade and most importantly, you; the Burgundy drinker who passionately loves these wonderful wines, Burgundy Lover will help you to build your understanding and develop your enjoyment of this marvelous wine region.
